2. Website Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify. When you access the website, technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device information may be processed in server logs so the website can be delivered securely and reliably.

The processing of technically necessary connection data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of this website. Netlify processes service data under its applicable contractual and data-protection terms; processing may involve infrastructure outside the European Economic Area, for which appropriate safeguards are used where required.

3. Contact and Project Request Form

If you contact EN Kreativ through the project request form, the information you enter and any files you attach are processed for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your enquiry, preparing an offer where requested, and communicating about the potential project. The form is handled through Netlify Forms and submissions are made available to EN Kreativ through the hosting account and configured notifications.

The legal basis is generally Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or an existing business relationship, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where necessary to handle other legitimate business enquiries.

4. File Uploads

The form allows optional project files such as drawings, photographs or specifications. Please do not upload unnecessary personal data or highly sensitive information. Uploaded files are processed together with the relevant enquiry.

5. Storage Period

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to process the request and any resulting business relationship, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage. Unneeded submissions should be deleted regularly from the form hosting account.

6. Language Preference

The website stores your selected EN/DE language locally in your browser so that the preference can be retained between pages and visits. This is not used for advertising or profiling.

7. Analytics and Advertising

The current website version does not include analytics, advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. If such services are added later, this privacy policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
